Game starts without me

Has anyone started experiencing this glitch where when you finally load in the game, your timer is at 30 seconds and +. This started happening since the poolparty event and I never had that before. I found a discussion in EU about it and its not normal. Sometimes I am the first one who gets the 100% and I still wait another 3 minutes for the others and when everyone is at 100% my game freezes for a good 40 seconds or so and then when I can finally see my champion, the timer is at 30 seconds. This is really insane because I cant help my team if they are trying to invade and I get shit for that. If anyone is getting this PLEASE POST a message so we can let riot know. THANKS! Also I did all the imaginable to fix the problem and it didnt work and its not cause I have a shit PC.

Same problem, started this patch. I always load in 1 minute after game start. This really needs to be fixed as it can be game changing not being able to do anything for that period.

Yes I have the same problem and it doesn't matter what settings I use medium-high ,medium or low it happens anyway.

Hey guys I have some good news. We already know that this isnt coming from our pc and its a game bug and I can confirm it. I just played a game of league of legends on the streaming application geforce now that lets play on a really powerful computer via internet connection. I played a game of practice tool and the problem was STILL THERE. To clarify, its the same bug but the time was less than my normal computer. Instead of 30 seconds, it required 10 seconds for me to finally see my champion. Btw, the game was running on ultra settings 200 fps. So the glitch doesnt come from my computer, it comes from the game.
