Trying to buy rp

I just logged on yesterday and saw that ahri had a new skin out, so I wanted to purchase Rp so I can buy her new skin. I want to the shop and clicked purchase Rp but every time I hit that it say session has expire it also says that when I click any tab in the store, the only one that shows up is the Featured tab, I tried logging out and back in, tried restarting my pc, but nothing has helped. What should I do or has something happened to the store?
