Vayne Bugged Condemn against Nunu against a wall and Gnar

While in a ranked game, i tried to use Vayne's e on gnar multiple times and the ability would go on cooldown, but there would be no animation and gnar would would not be knocked back and there would be no animation. I knocked Nunu through the wall near krugs with the condemn and it again didnt go off when he was right next to the wall near raptors, and the ability again went on cooldown.
