(Gameplay) Thunderlord's decree name on death recap is wrong

I died in game and had taken some damage from an Anivia's Thunderlord's Decree, and as the screenshot shows, in the death recap the Thunderlord's Decree name was still a dummy name but when I hovered over it (like I am in the screenshot) It showed the proper name on the pop-up. I have not paid much attention in the past so I am not sure whether it is recurring or not, but it is something to just double check.
