I logged on League to check out my "My Shop", and a note popped up and said "You bamboozled the discount bot. It looks like you own every possible skin eligible for your shop offers." But I don't own ALL the skins eligible.

Try simply reloading your client and see if that works. If it doesn't help, you should then submit a Support Ticket, as there are some known issues occurring with it, and they will use that ticket to assist you once they roll out a fix for it.

Same i sand bug to riot support, relog couple of time but bug still exist... I have only 34 skins xD
