I keep getting kicked from ranked lobbies for no reason

can anyone explain to me WHY THE FUCK DO I KEEP GETTING KICKED IN CHAMPION SELECT FOR NO REASON? its happened twice now and I have a 30 minute delay before I can play another game for LEAVING TO MANY FUCKING LOBBIES. I haven't left any of the lobbies on purpose the game has kicked me this a bug and needs to fixed IMMEDIATELY.

I'm getting this too. The timers for bans and things are off and because of it, it thinks i dodged
