Movement bug (the first minute im lagging when im clicking were to walk

This issue isn't present when i click once and let my character walk without clicking again. BUT this is nearly impossible to lane with!!!!!! It appears as the when i click to move somewhere and i click again the walking animation is canceled and the character bugs out. I have also noticed the game freezing and skipping frames for a brief moment at random times.
