I never used a third part software but got banned for some reason for "botting". This is ridiculous...

It is... but RIOT doesn't care because you're not a streamer.
i also got banned for third party program, and what i found in my match history was 2 games i didnt play thats was 02.00. And then a chat with some guy where he said that he is banning people for money (he wrote that from my account) the other half was Poland
