Riot please for the love of god fix custom game mode.

I don't feel like trying a new build on pvp games so sometimes I play with just bots. Ever since 4.21 I am CONSTANTLY getting the "attempting to reconnect" issue and all the characters are sliding across the screen, and sometimes every action made is halted for about a minute or so, then all of the particles happen all at once. What in the actual fuck is wrong with this? I have never had connection issues while in an all bots game whatsoever until this patch and now they are unplayable.

Reproduction rate: 100%, play a game by yourself with just bots and watch what riot did to this game its absolutely unplayable.
