Cannot Enter the Loading Screen

Title: [8.5] - Stuck at Reconnect Screen after Pick-Ban Server: NA Type of Bug: Client Details: While trying to enter a Ranked game today, I encountered an issue where I had gotten past the Pick-Ban screen, but upon the actually match loading in, the In-Game Screen didn't pop up to show everyone loading in. Instead I was left with the reconnect button as if I left the game before it even started. Now I lost LP for this really ridiculous bug just because this game constantly gets patched and leaves more problems that should have already been fixed. It seems that almost every time there is a new patch that something like this occurs and it's rather irritating.

The Steps to recreate the bug are as follows, but I'm sure that for anyone else, this bug can't necessarily be reproduced. Enter the Champion Select Screen (Any Game mode, even Practice Tool.) Pick a Champion Load into the actual game. You should be greeted with the Reconnect Button and no League of Legends pop up to show that you are in game.

Update: Ran the Repair Tool and the game is back to working normally, however I don't know what exactly caused this bug and I'm hoping it is possible to regain my LP lost.
