In-Game Store Bug let's me buy skins without owning the champion.

So I just noticed that there is a bug in the Store, where you can buy skins without owning the required champion.

I still see some skins in the shop while having checked "X Champion Owned", like blitz's skins, even though I don't own blitz. I still have the trundle skin too, even though I don't have the champion, and its unusable. Is there a chance that I can get a refund for it somehow? Just wondering.

In regards to refunds, you'll need to shoot a ticket over to player support. Include the image you have and explain the situation like you've done in this report!

Just wondering: can you add this in as an actual feature?

ie: Can you make it so I can attempt to purchase skins for a champion I don't own, get presented with a warning message that says "YOU DO NOT OWN THIS CHAMPION. You will not be able to use this skin until you purchase this champion. ARE YOU SURE you want to proceed?" and then puchases the skin if I click "yes" instead of "cancel"?

Would be useful for people who exclusively buy champions with IP only, as they could buy skins that are on sale even if they don't have enough IP for the champion yet, and then save up and purchase the champion later.

(When I still played the game before the preseason ruined everything for me, I would actually bank around 10+k IP at all times and never spend it, exclusively for this purpose - so if a neat skin went on sale or a new skin was released on sale, I could buy the champion and then buy the skin. But not everyone has the luxury of doing that, because they need runes for ranked and such.)

The store also seems to not show me skins unless I mess with the settings. If I view 'only skins for champions I own' it says nothing is available.

In saying that, sometimes when a skin is on sale for a champion I don't have, I feel the urge to buy it when I don't have enough IP saved for the champ
