[CLIENT] Riot Points Disappearing

To whom it may concern,

I purchased a Kennen skin using the remaining IP I had purchased and stored in my account from before. It was a successful transaction, but then a moment later, a huge chunk of my RP disappeared and I panicked. I was about the submit a ticket regarding this issue, and have run some searches around the boards, but nobody had a topic similar to my situation. Then I decided to restart the game to see if anything will be changed. As soon as I restarted, the missing RP was returned to me. I was wondering if this had happened to others before, or may this be a reportable bug problem? Thanks for taking your time to read, and I apologize ahead if this was brought up before.
