Abilities not working when entering game

I know this is the wrong thread and i did it on purpose. Riot, you really need to stop all these stupid small updates like making the health bar look better and start focusing more on a solution to players that troll in people's games and continue to do it. Tyler1 is 10x times better then these stupid trolls that you fail to do anything about. Seriously, step up your game cause reports do nothing and you know it.
