Missions disfunction - Rewards and completion

The teach-a-friend mission which I did (matchmade bot + level<15 on my team) many times the last days, still remains uncompleted. What's more rewards that others on my team activated and they were supposed to benefit the whole team, ever reached me. Don't know why, any thoughts?
