[gameplay] Floating healing numbers formatted as floating point

Is this some sort of visual pun, Rito? I think it's funny though.

Played aram as Snow day Singed, rushed RoA, around the same time an enemy got Morellonomicon. I don't know if the issue started then when I ulted in a team fight, or later when I picked up Spirit Visage. All I really know is that at some point whenever I turned on Q the numbers started getting absurdly accurate.
