Champion Select - Selection issue

I was just in a ranked game in champion select. I wasnt able to click on a single champion, it showed the animation yet it wouldnt let me select a champ.

When the timer hit 10 it selected the champ i wanted but wouldnt let me select "lock in"

when the timer hit 6 the game kicked me out into preloading screen where you select the two roles you want and effectively causing me to dodge the game.

i dont know if this has happened to anyone before but this is the first time it has happened to me. at 2:22 PM EST
