Mac system client has screen flicker problem

I am using Mac system, since I updated to the latest client, in game my screen happens flicker problem. I haven't this issue before until I upgraded. I turn on vertical synchronization this problem is solved but my FPS always lower than 60. Before I didnt turn on vertical synchronization I had more than 130 FPS. Could u pls solve this problem asap because it affects my plays.
