[Client] Can't select champions, EUNE

So, basically i started a normal game, and then this happened as the first link and after i waited for the time to run out, it goes into this Screen shot

I didn't do anything special but log in, open up a new game, and clicked accept when there's a prompt of match found, that sign just wont disappear with the special SFX.
