LeaveBuster Problem

Hello recently, i had a problem where i tryed to start a match but when the match started the loading screen wouldnt load so i left the game and tryed to join another game but the same thing happened so i eventually resolved the problem and i could now join the game. However, those 2 games that I left made me wait 20 mins before even starting a game. I was wondering if there was anyway i can get that time reduced? Thnx P.S waiting 20 mins is a pain btw.
