Are you sure that you've received your rewards and are not just looking at least season rewards? Also have you been punished by riot for anything recently cause that would void your rewards.

Last I checked the new borders haven't shipped, you are most likely looking at your old border.

I do not think they have handed out the ranked rewards yet. Also, you should contact Riot Support if you want the gold rewards. Posting here will not do much, in my opinion.
