I can't accept a queue

Whenever I click the play button, I cant choose a game mode except for default blind pick. The red exclamation mark reads, "Trouble fetching information for: Whatwhatindabut. Affected players should quit and log back in if this persists. (5C)." I have done that 4 times now, and the issue has not resolved itself.

When I do choose the default game mode, I get a queue and then hit accept and it kicks me back to the screen where you click Find Match.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. :)

I was able to queue and accept an ARURF game but the timer went through and timed out booting me back. Tried 2 more times with the same result. Restarted client to a 7 minute ban. Waited it out. Tried again. After the first attempt it gave me a 16 minute ban. Trying to wait that out now.

Same thing happened to me. Got a dodge timer now for 3 minutes. :(

Same. Only after accepting the first time and it failing anyway, now I don't even get the accept/decline popup.

Same here I accept but doesnt take me to champion select. Instead says I dodged but really couldn't pick a champion.

so i had this same issue.. i went to my profile in client than clicked ranked than stats.... i got a popup asking me if i am ready to start season 9 i said yes and ranked is not greyed out anymore

does this work for anyone else?

It is not fixed for me. I hit the ready butten and it boots me back to screen. Now i have dodge timer.

Same! I accepted a arurf match and never loaded and went back to match making/ lobby screen and when I went to try and ready up for a game I am suddenly getting penalized! It says "Unexpected Error when displaying match queue" or something like that......I am now at** 16 minute penalty** for "dodging" when i never did!!!! [sg-shisa]

Restart your router to (possibly) fix! Worked for my girlfriend!
