Flex Q/Solo Q bugged

Hi, I am currently Solo Q 5v5 ranked Gold 2, Flex Q 3v3 (bronze 1) When I try to duo Q in flex Q 3v3 the client tells me that I can only duo q with friends that are from Plat 2 to Silver 2. The client is taking my Solo Q rank for every type of ranked game. Could you pleased fix this.
