(GAMEPLAY) Urgot being unable to use E when near Yorick W

When Urgot is either inside of or close to Yoricks W, then he is unable to use his E properly. with this I mean that he will stand in place using his E. And this interaction seems to be extremely wrong and it occurred 100% of the time I tried.

  1. Have Yorick place his W
  2. Be somewhat close to the W
  3. Make Urgot use E

Urgot can't jump over walls with his e,Yorick's w is a wall.

I had this happen to me also today. All game, and I don't mean trying to E the wall, that would be silly.

EDIT: Why downvote this? It legitemately happened to me last game several times, enough so that I did a search and found this thread.
