Account Reseted all settings everything [Riot please check this].

So i will explain this briefly, i was playing a ranked match and i was winning, after the shortage ( no electricity for 1 hour ) i decided to log onto my account this is what happen.. From an account with all the champions some rare skins, and some other things.. The account got reseted and i have lost 7 years of gameplay, all my levels all my runes all my champions all my progress towards this game. Oh and the game/server reverted my name to Näru.
