Xerath Q Delay?

mind going into detail? explain the circumstances around the bug, a description of what exactly happens (saying only that there's a delay makes it seems like you're mistaking the intended delay behavior of both those spells as a bug), if you can try and reproduce the bug in a custom and explain how to do that.

Simply saying there's a bug with no further detail means Riot has to go chasing and testing for a bug that may not even exist.

I'm noticing something similar. It doesn't take the spot where you let go to shoot at but the spot right before where you let go. It is almost impossible to hit a moving target because if you move to target them with the Q quickly it shoots before the spot where you let go. It doesn't seem to happen on the ult as far as I can tell.
