Patch 5.14 League can't click links

On my screen when I start up the League Client, I can log in just fine. But when it goes in, I can see different links like the Bilgewater icons or the new skins, but the images don't pop up, and the links don't work either. So when I try to do the quests for the Bilgewater icons, it won't let me do it. Help?

Same issue and I can't find a solution anywhere. This is on BOTH NA and EUW. Repairing the client does nothing, nor does relogging.
