Gangplank and the Legend of Luden's Echo
Not sure if this is actually a bug or not, but I was curious why Gangplank's Parrrley doesn't apply Luden's Echo...

It's an enhanced auto attack. Not so much a spell.
This is why it can crit and proc Hydra.
The item only procs when ability power damage is dealt with the exception of on hit effects (items).
On-hit proc skills are counted as Auto attacks
