Azir's Ult have a big BUG!!!!!!!!!!!!(does no effect)

Azir's R had very a big bug. When I used it, it just went right through the enemies/enemy instead of deal damage to them and knock them up. It just does nothing at all. I had expericed this bug over 10 time. Please fix this big BUG!! I had lost 3 game by this bug T~T, so please Riot!! Fix this BUG ASAP
