[Gameplay] Sorcerer Lux's Lucent Singularity (E) was not visible the entire game

I could see the cast animation, the area that it would affect once it stopped travelling to it's place, but other than that we could not see the ability at all. My whole team had this problem. Don't know if it was due to Sorcerer Lux skin or Lux in general, but it was really annoying cause we would have no idea where Lux was using her ability and could not dodge or anything all game long. Was not fair.
