Hextech Chest Glitched and didn't open

So I opened a hextech chest the other day and upon opening it the chest was just loading for a while so I went out of loot, when I went back in I had gotten no rewards from the chest but it had taken my chest and my key, I know what I had in my loot before opening so I know its not what I already have. Also, yes I tried restarting the client.
