Having a low priority when the game bugs

Hey Riot pleaseeeeee. This happened to me 3 times this week. I never played a normal game this week always a low prio. Wtf the game will load and when im connected it says the the game cannot be found. Please I just wanna play a game with not waiting 20 mins
