LeeSin W Mid-Q Shield Bug

Recently on LeeSin, I noticed if you W to a champion while you are in mid air for your Q, sometimes you will not get a shield and sometimes you will. The cooldown stays halved because you went to a champion but neither you or your ally gets the shield sometimes.

1. Hit your Q, have only seen the bug in Aram when I hit enemy champs. (need to test more)
2. Take the Q
3. W to an allied champion before you reach the enemy

I don't think it is skin related because my friend and I both had it happen in separate Arams with separate skins on. If I happen to replicate the bug in one of my games later I add a video.
