Loot Unclickable.

So I recently got enough tokens and essence for m6 Master Yi. However when i went to click on this icon in the loot screen to upload it it was unclickable. It played the sound of a menu opening but no menu would appear. I thought that maybe it was just a weird bug and that if i restarted my client it would go away but then all of my loot became unclickable. Please help don't know if this is permanent and I'm just super lost in general.
