Client being offline

Good day

have a big problem. One day when i tryed to log in, my client showed ERROR: "We're unable to log you in because you may be offline". I tryed Bug Fix didn't work. Than i pre installed the game. My first log in was ok, but than the next time the same bug. Idk what to do. i just bought the new Pass and was trying to get the premium Irelin skin. But now i can't play and it's really bad feeling. Hope there's some type of help for me.
