Constant disconnecting w/out internet problems

Hello, I've been having a strange bug where, while my internet status does not change, I will get kicked from my game with the message "You have disconnected. Please check your internet connection and try again." While I have no issues starting right back up into loading into a game, it will stop at 10% loaded every single time and spam the players in game with back to back "A summoner has reconnected" followed by "A summoner has disconnected". (I know because of the people I am partied with). I have tried closing my client, force quitting all main and background processes, restarting my computer, and using the "Hextech Repair tool" to check my connection AND completely uninstall and reinstall the game. The issue persists. I have not seen any mention of this particular problem anywhere else on these forums or Reddit. This problem is rendering the game completely unplayable for me. Please Help.
