[CLIENT] Incorrect prices for 6300 IP Champions

Despite having 6300 IP, I couldn't purchase any champions sold at that price. I was able to purchase those champions once I had saved over 6500 IP instead. In this case, I had over 6640 IP and when attempting to purchase the champion, the game told me my final balance would be 140 IP.

I don't think this affects champions sold at 4800 IP or less, but I'm not able to verify at the moment.
