Literally can't load into the game. Need help

Last night in clash after we got out of champ select all I would see was a black screen and I couldn't move my cursor. I tried it this morning in an aram cuz I figured that it was because too many people were on or something. The same thing happened. Black screen and couldn't move cursor. Does anyone have a way to help me?
