[CLIENT] Client Not Starting

So currently I tried to launch league to patch, and I was beginning to have this issue. League wouldn't even start patching. It wouldn't get to the loading point of the client where it would let me launch to the client where I can actually play, and as you could assume, its not letting me begin (what already seems issue filled enough) downloading the new patch. What should I do?
