[Gameplay] Black Box around towers, minions and champions

Each time I put the game above medium, I get black boxes that appear around towers, minions and champions. When going for minions, this makes it extremely difficult because the box of another minion or champion would overlap the cs I want to go for. I've made sure to uncheck the character inking box. This has been happening for around a month now, so I've just been keeping it on very low settings.
