Cant see items in shop after getting attempting to reconnect

Hello guys.

So everytime a new patch is released i have a new issue or find bug in game (not sure if the real problem is my internet), but this one is really frustrating. It starts with a lagg spike, my normal ping is 120 but when we get in a teamfight 5v5 my ping goes to 500, then i get attempting to reconnect and of course i get disconnected from the game for 5-10 seconds, and to top it all when i get back to the game i cant see the items in shop. and this happens every single and sometimes the game is unplayable.
