Bug or glitch?

I was playing ar urf as garen enemy had kha zix I was running towards mid lane, kha jumped on me used w and I got rooted (rooted instead of slow) I couldn't move I can q w e r but can't move character model at all , tried clicking all over, there was nothing around (was in middle or river) so I don't see any body block or terrain block chances.
