Lost all my rerolls in ARAM

So I was playing ARAM yesterday, and decided to reroll after receiving a champion I have little experience with. I rerolled twice, and was a little disappointed since I received another champion I was inexperienced with. I decided that I would play the game since I already used my rerolls when another player decided to dodge.

When I entered another game, It stated that I had no more rerolls, which is kind of upsetting.

Just wondering if this is a bug, or a new set up for ARAM that was implemented but not recorded or stated in the patch notes.
