[Client] Masteries Error wont save, enter game without masteries

while trying to set masteries for my last game, i kept receiving the error in champion select whenever i would try to save or change masteries. loaded into game without masteries after logging out and logging back in I was prompted by dialog if i wanted to save masteries multiple times, then prompted multiple times that the masteries were saved. do not know how to reproduce it
