Pantheon Empowered Q VFX Bug. PLEASE FIX.

The cool wings that usually come out when pantheon uses his empowered Q doesn't show anymore. I've had this problem for quite awhile now and it's upsetting because I paid good money for that skin. Plz fix. Thanks in advance.
