This is a visual bug, and doesn't affect that actual amounts of IP/RP that you currently have.
Relogging should fix this!

Something similar happened with me, but it seemed to fix itself when I relogged. No idea what could cause it, though haha.
It happened to me as well when I bought Bard and my friend when he got DJ Sona. It seems to just be a visual glitch that fixes itself when you relog
