Couldn't lock enemy champ in Nemesis

Twice now today it hasn't let me lock the enemy champ on my pick turn, then thrown me out of the lobby for it. Thanks Riot for your bugs earning me a 15 minute, then 2 hour play ban. Appreciate your hard work in ruining my gaming experience today and increasing my lever level. IDK why I'm bothering to post this, because you won't make an effort to give me reparations.
