Bug costs me my promos

So I went to play league as I usually do, and I accept the match as usual and it put me back into the home page but said that I was in champ select. Because I couldn't even ban a champion because it put me back onto the home page, I got timed out of my champ select without actually having any access to the ban page. Please fix this bug, this is so unfair, I was 1W 1L in my promos to plat 3 and this bug cost me my promos and I'm very upset about this.
