[CRASH] So the client thinks I'm in a game, eventhough I'm not...

Okay so, I was on my way to go into practice tool to get used to the game again after like a 2 month hiatus. Alright, everything is fine and dandy, picked my champ, skin, runes and everything. Until, the countdown got done and nothing happened after that. I waited for at least 30 minutes tries and no loading screen came up. Does anyone else have this problem or fixed this by themselves? If so, please help a brother out.
