Riot this causing me problems.

Not sure why, but iv'e had this for a while now.... disconnects me everytime i want to search for a game and in champ select. Sometimes it's so bad, i try to swtich my runes/masteries and i go into the game with the wrong runes/masteries thanks to this. My brother who lives with me doesn't get it, only me. Why and how do i fix this.

Tried jungle vayne and this thing made me go into the game with AP runes and masteries... it was way harder than it needed to be... this is not the only time it has happened to me.

Riot this causing me problems.
