Tahm Kench does not Consume Pantheon

I played game earlier today and I found out I couldn't consume Pantheon. It was during a team fight so I thought I miss-clicked but then a little later in the game we were chasing the enemy champions and I tried to consume him for the movement speed and I couldn't do it either. I tried it multiple times during the game after that and it just wouldn't work.
